Yankee Candle at Christmas

See comments

I really don't think it would feel like Christmas without at least one Yankee Candle burning away by the Christmas tree and ideally with the fire crackling away.

This year's candle for me is the stunning scent of Sparkling Cinnamon which basically smells of cinnamon sticks tied together with twine and dipped in crystallised sugar, mmmm yes! Side note - I think that could possibly be my most accurate scent description to date.

This wonderful ginormous large Sparkling Cinnamon Jar Candle (£21.99 Yankee Candle UK here) is a classic scent for me and one I've burnt many times as a wax melt. However with this large jar candle I intend to burn it daily as it has a whopping 110-150 hours burn time (we have less than 500 hours until Christmas!!). As for new Christmas fragrances in the Yankee Candle range there is - Berry Trifle, Cosy By The Fire, Bundle Up and Winter Glow. I really must have a sniff of Berry Trifle to see if I need it in my life as well... I have a feeling I will probably need it!

As for other festive launches Yankee Candle don't do things by halves and this years there's a whole host of amazing gifts available for varying budgets. On the lower end of the scale we have the lovely 2015 Keepsake Bauble which contains 3 wax melts (including Berry Trifle!) for only £7.99 (Yankee Candle UK here) which would make a perfect little gift. Or at the top end you could opt for a gift boxed large jar candle with a stunning Illuma-lid for £29.99 (Yankee Candle UK here)

However a lovely in between medium priced gift (actually it's a bit of a bargain) is the fab Five Votive Cracker (£9.99 - Yankee Candle UK here) that has the prettiest illustrated packaging and is fairly large in size, for the price. The giant cracker includes some of my festive faves - Candy Cane Lane, Cinnamon Stick, Christmas Garland, Christmas Eve and Christmas Cookie. I personally feel this would make a perfect gift for someone that enjoys home scents and that you will be seeing pre-Christmas to exchange presents with, because they can't miss burning the Christmas Eve votive on Christmas Eve! And of course they can enjoy burning the other scents in the lead up to Christmas Day.

Also to accompany a cracker gift or even if you chose to buy individual votive candles are the new Present Votive Holders at £4.99 each (Yanke Candle UK here). These are presented like beautifully wrapped gifts and make the perfect pairing with a single or trio of the mini candle as a stocking filler or a medium sized gift. Here you can see I enjoyed putting them in a lovely snowy setting... the road would of course be aptly named Candy Cane Lane

I'd love to know your favourite festive fragrance from Yankee Candle!
Fee xo.
