NOTD time again!
Models Own Juicy Jules was the nail polish to made me fall in love with Models Own nail polishes. I remember trying to hunt it down in Boots for so long as it was continuously out of stock. Then I got it and loved it, you can see my first NOTD with it over another nail polish here.
But sadly I think the polish only works well as a glitter top coat and not as an opaque glitter nail polish!
You see this is the first time I have actually tried it as an opaque glitter and even though I am in love with the holographic sparkle in it, it just doesn't seem to build well. If you look closely you can see little gaps in the glitter and that bugs me, though it is still lovely when it catches the light. I will admit though I am fussy when it comes to nail polish so I'm sure most people wouldn't even notice.
Models Own Juicy Jules is available from Models Own and select Boot stores for £5.
From now on I think I will be sticking to using this as a top coat... I'm thinking one coat over a berry nail polish such as NYC Wild With Passion will look lovely!
