Oh My Haul - March

Beauty_haul_UK

March was a bit of a spending ban month for me as my wonderful gas and electric bill landed on my door mat.

However I still managed to treat myself with mainly discounted products without over spending. I placed a bargain Tesco Direct order early March (the All for Eve Shower Gel is still only £2.25 here!) and a bargainous Fragrance Direct Order with some amazing Dainty Doll and NYC products, which you can read about here

Below are the rest of the products I picked up throughout March with two super bargains from ASOS and eBay! I think for this month I will resist the urge to blog about any sale buys and then do a larger haul post in May for all my purchases in April.

Nip_Fab_ASOS_Set

Nip & Fab Party Rescue Gift Set
Was £20.00 Now £8.50 ASOS - here
I had been looking at the discounted Nip + Fab sets on ASOS since Christmas and couldn't make my mind up of which to pick. All seemed great value for money seeing as they only contain full sized products that retail over £10.00 each but it was just deciding which one! In the end I went for the cheapest but also the one that I knew I would try out all the products in. This set contains Lip + Nip Fix, Shine Fix, Spot Fix and Frown Fix. Favourite product so far has to be the Shine Fix which is actually like a mattifying primer and I've also being enjoying the Spot Fix (if you can call having to use spot treatments as enjoyable). Amazing value for money especially as delivery is free with ASOS.

Tommy Gunns Blueberry, Ginseng & Honey Conditioner 250ml
£5.15 Tesco, John Lewis, ASOS
This was more of a re-purchase as Tommy Gunns are my favourite for amazing smelling conditioners (as well as Aussie). I purchase mine from a large Tesco that has a beauty hall but you can now find the range on ASOS. The scents are all lovely and the conditioner leaves the hair shiny and smooth.

Garnier Caffeine Anti-dark Circles 2 in 1 Roll-on
Reduced to £2.55 from £10.49 Tesco
As a Beauty Blogger it can be easy to jump of the bandwagon when new products are launched but I have learnt to hold back on the products I know I don't really need. Which is why I have only just got my hands on the Garnier Caffeine Concealer Roll-on. I loved the idea that the metal ball would be cooling to the eye area but as it is a concealer you can't be running it back and forth as you will have concealer all over the show! Quite annoying. So I am glad I got this at such a bargain price to try it out but I am still on the fence with it

Gone_Girl

Black Geometric Irregular Necklace
£1.39 Free P&P eBay - here
This is of course a super cheap replica of the House of Harlow Five Station Necklace that retails for £50+. I would say this is similar to Primark quality jewellery so it doesn't feel quality but looks pretty good for the amazing £1.39 price tag. I love eBay finds like this!

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
£3.85 Amazon - here
I have finally finished the last book I was reading and decided to treat myself something new on Amazon. This is a Crime/Mystery book which I have found I quite enjoy as they always have an element of suspense which makes me want to keep on reading. I won't bore you with a synposis but if you like that style of read then I suggest you have a look at it on the Amazon page as it looks quite a good one. Looking forward to starting reading it this weekend.

Marie Claire with Free Ciate Nail Polish in Pocket Money
£3.80 - Newstands etc
This was an end of month purchase really and not a 'buy' as such but as it came with a free Ciate Nail Polish I thought I would include it. There is a choice off two nail polishes (worth £9.00 each), a dark nude and a metallic gold shade. I have to say though that the polish does feel a little thin on my nails and shows up the ridges I have on my nail bed.

Hope I haven't been an enabler in any way here!

Fee xo.
