Aldi Lacura Skincare: What's New for 2020

Aldi is fast becoming my go-to for new makeup and skincare. It rivals quite a few larger beauty brands and it's very budget-friendly!

So I thought I'd talk through the newest Lacura launches as they have just dropped a new all-vegan range with prices starting from £1.99.

First up in the new Aldi skincare range is the Lacura Natural Vegan Day Cream, priced at an affordable £5.99. Described by Lacura as a cream that will support the natural balance of your skin with long-lasting moisture. Enriched with moisturising ingredients including shea butter and coconut oil, this is the day cream that vegans and nonvegans alike will swear by for locking in moisture and leaving skin deeply hydrated.

I have a feeling this will be a good lightweight daily moisturiser that will hydrate the skin without weighing it down.

Next, we have the Lacura Natural Vegan Eye Cream, priced at £3.99. Even the most budget eye creams aren't as well priced as this so I'm instantly impressed. I also like that it comes in a small handy tube rather than an unhygienic pot.

Containing both shea butter and coconut oil, the Lacura 100% Naturally Derived Eye Cream is perfect for combatting dark, early mornings and refreshing the delicate skin around the eyes.

Onto what I can imagine being one of the most popular products in the range as it looks like an all-round good no-nasties skincare item. This is the Lacura Natural Vegan Face Wash that comes in a nice white tube, containing refreshing coconut oil and balancing sacha inchi oil. It's also SLS-free making it great as a daily face wash for all skin types and is cruelty-free, along with the rest of the range.

Whether you're vegan or not I have a feeling this will be a good light cleanser for waking up the skin in the morning and after oil cleansing in the evening.

Another product priced at only £2.99 is the Lacura Natural Vegan Face Scrub, which I know a lot of customers will be quick to pick up but I'm personally not so sure. Containing apricot seeds to exfoliate I have a feeling this, much like their previous face scrub, will simply be to course for the delicate skin to the face.

I'm keen to pick this up still to try it out and if it is too harsh it can simply be used as a body scrub in the shower.

Lastly, from the all-natural range we have the Lacura Natural Hand & Nail Cream. This is a great option for Vegan customers as you're getting a 2-in-1 product here for only £2.99.

The hand & nail cream contains shea butter and sweet almond oil and helps to soften and sooth hands.

Saving the best til' last, Lacura has gone and launched a range of Natural Vegan Sheet Masks that feel very Korean inspired for only £1.99 per pack. The new line consists of four different sheet masks with 2 per pack - Avocado, Watermelon, Ginseng Root and Matcha Green Tea

While sheet masks only offer surface-level hydration and aren't a staple to a good skincare routine I do love to pamper with them from time to time and there's really a good budget option with each sheet mask working out at only 99p each!

Let me know if you've picked anything up from the new Lacura Vegan Skincare range or if you plan to!

Fee xo.
