Lazy Links #10

This week I have been...

Feeling pretty miserable... Yes, I'm not going to lie, January has been a pretty shitty month for me. With the loss of my Grandad who was such a big part of my life it was a pretty awful start to the new year. It made me realise that grieving for people is never the same but is always very difficult. But I know time does make things easier so I am looking forward to spring and a few new things in my life... one of which may just be puppy shaped!

Not blogging but discovering lots of amazing blogs... When not blogging is it is easy for all your blogpost ideas to go out of your head, well for me anyways. But for my blog fix I have been taking to Bloglovin' to discover some new blogs (new in the sense they are new to me... not actually new). Cara Loren has to be my favourite find of 2014 so far, her style, body shape and photography just amaze me! I have also just discovered a lovely beauty blog by the name of Thunder Love that you should all definitely check out.

Reading and buying new books... So far so good with my reading challenge (25 books in 2014) with my first book read 'It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini' (note to self: now watch the film) which I really enjoyed as an emo young adult book. I'm now onto The Husband's Secret which I'm not so sure of just yet. But as I had so many books from 2013 I decided to trade some in through Amazon after my sister mentioned she'd done it with success. So I sent off 5 books and received a total of £25 in vouchers to spend on yet more books! My new reads for 2014 are - The Wicked Girls, Ketchup Clouds, Eleanor & Park, Wonder and Living Dead Girl. That should keep me going for the next few months!

Finding interior inspiration on Pinterest... In the form of day bed nooks! Come spring I am going to have a little move around in my office come makeup room and buy a nice daybed from Ikea so that I can have my nieces over. But for the most part it will be a day bed so I want to make it in to a cosy area of the room where I can read magazines and books... and also nap! I love so many ideas on Pinterest and it's definitely made me want a little built-in book shelf area recessed into an alcove with lovely netting and fairly lights draped around the bed. Not to mention a million cute cushions to make it comfy and den like!

Loving Into The Gloss' post on Korean makeup here... Korean makeup products just aren't talked about enough for my liking! So this is a fab and interesting post that even made me add a few more Korean products to my ever growing wish list. If you are new to Korean products and don't know why I love them so just check out Tony Moly, Etude House and Holika Holika products on eBay.

Lusting after... storage! However much I organise and tidy I come to the conclusion I need more storage. I think it may be time to invest in some good Ikea storage with lots of drawers. As for lowed priced items I'm lusting after the new Revlon Matte Balms!

Other blog posts I've enjoyed this week... Ghostparties 5 Favourite Healthy Meals, Wonderful You Bedroom Interior, Late Night Nonsense Blog Adoration, A Beautiful Mess 10 Tips for a Productive Life.

Hope you enjoy the links.

Fee xo.
