When shopping yesterday I spotted even more magazine freebies than I had mentioned in my previous magazine freebie post for June, so below is an updated list of the free gifts available with UK magazines. Also after my slightly negative review of the Models Own Sparkle Collection a few of you asked to see the polishes over a black base coat so I have swatches of the whole collection over a black nail polish. Plus Latest In Beauty have teamed up with Glamour Mag to offer an amazing box for £14.95.

June seems to be a huge month for freebies with pretty much every magazine offering something! Plus a lot of the magazine are a special price.

In my review of the Models Own Sparkle Collection here I mentioned that the flakie top coats come to life when applied over a black nail polish base. So I thought I would do some extra swatches to show this.
My personal favourite when used over a black base is Aqua Splash as I love the colour of the flakies as they seem the most even compared to the other nail polishes. However I do like that Pink Paradise contains glitter, though it is hard to see in the swatch above, but it does add something to the top coat. Also Golden Shore looks really pretty over the black. But as you can see there isn't that much difference between them all, so I'd still recommend only picking up a few polishes from the range if you do like the look of them and not the entire collection.
All nail swatches contains one coat of the Sparkle Collection Top Coats. You can purchase the collection from Models Own website here or find them in select Boots stores.
Finally another great beauty box from Latest in Beauty! I really feel LiB have upped their game this year and are coming out with some great boxes and collaborations with other companies.

The box has a great mix of high street and well known brands and is definitely worth the money! I own too many of the products to warrant purchasing this but it really is an impressive box that I'm suprised hasn't sold out yet.
