10 Best Value Makeup Gift Set for 2019

Makeup gift sets make amazing gifts to give come Christmas and Birthday's but I've found I actually pick up quite a few for myself when the save in there. Of course, this happens in the Boxing Day sales but I always have my eyes peeled the rest of the time.

In the past, I've picked up some amazing value beauty gift sets along with skincare sets that have allowed me to discover more from brands I love or simply offer such a good saving I can't refuse them. Also, there are times when I'm planning on picking up a product but it's actually more worth picking up the product in a gift set for a little extra.

So this week I wanted to share with you the best value makeup gift sets for 2019. Granted there will be lots of new gift sets launched towards the end of the year in time for Christmas but you will find most of the mentioned gift sets here are either on sale or simply amazing value.
The post contains affiliate links and PR samples.
1. Sanctuary Spa Golden Summer Beach Bag and Towel (£22)
If you like nice quality body care products then it can get pricey especially as most Sanctuary Spa items retail for £8-10. So treating yourself to their once a year summer focused gift set can really save you money, plus you get both a beach bag and towel out of it as well! The set includes five full-size products with my personal favourite being the amazing Wet Skin Moisture Miracle (see my mini review of it here) along with the body scrub. This has a huge saving of £23 and is perfect if you have a holiday planned or need to stock up on a few body care and shower products.

2. Look Good Feel Beauty Box (£25)
Would you class a beauty box as a gift set? I'm not sure but when there is no subscription and you can see exactly what you are buying it definitely feels more like a gift set or makeup bundle. So I decided to include my favourite 'no sub' beauty box, that not only donates £20 to charity but contains a stunning full-size MAC lipstick that retails for £19 alone and looks perfect for autumn. The beauty box also has an amazing saving of £55 and includes good size minis from Aveda, Clinique, Glamglow, Smashbox and Estee Lauder plus a nice quality makeup brush. This beauty box looks truly worth it, especially if the MAC Lipensity Lipstick in Fire Roasted if the type of shade you would usually go for.

3. Soap & Glory Pink Big Bundle (£15)
I mentioned this amazing value for money bundle from Soap & Glory not so long ago and I still can't believe just how cheap it is. I've tried out most of the Soap & Glory hair range and absolutely love both the Weightless Shampoo & Conditioner, along with the yoghurt like Wonditioner Hair Mask and at £7-9 each it makes sense to pick up this bundle if you are thinking of trying out two or more products. The hair products have the same fun vibe that you expect from S&G while really delivering.

4. ASOS Travel Essentials Box (£12)
If you don't know about ASOS beauty boxes I wouldn't be surprised, because while they do pop up on their website now and again, they generally sell out pretty quick. Always priced at £12 and containing 5-6 products they are excellent value for money. The current box that isn't sold out yet is this travel essentials box which contains some amazing travel size products from Bumble & Bumble, CeraVe, and Pureology, along with a lovely looking moisture face mask. While this is a nice box, it isn't the most exciting I've seen, but I wanted to include it to make anyone reading aware of how good ASOS boxes can be! I personally like to check ASOS every now and again to see if the latest box includes products I will use and that way I've picked up so many I've been pleased with.

5. e.l.f Glam and Glow Makeup Holiday Kit (£14)
Another great makeup gift set here that I came across on the Superdrug website. Containing one of my favourite e.l.f products; a rose gold liquid eyeshadow, along with a highlighter palette, lipstick and full-size contour brush. While the outer packaging was clearly for the festive season there's no denying that 4 full-size e.l.f products are amazing value for money.

6. Origins Clean Detox & Moisture Set (£30)
Skincare sets from my most-used brands are one of my favourite things to treat myself to as it gives me the opportunity to try out more for less. One of my favourite skincare brands is Origins and this particular set not only has a great saving of 70% but includes two full-size products that retail for £35 alone. If you have oily or combination skin then I have no doubt this set would make a great purchase for both the spot treatment (it's the best fast-acting spot treatment I've ever used) and moisturiser alone.

7. L'Oreal La Vie En Glow Moisturiser and Lipstick Gift Set (£12.99)
Another Christmas gift set here that is still around and is at the lowest price I've ever seen. Containing both a full-size moisturiser, retailing at £14.99, and a stunning red lipstick, retailing for £6.99 this is again a great value set if you are in need of a new moisturiser. This would also make a lovely inexpensive gift I think.

8. Sanctuary Spa Being Tub Goals Gift Set (£5.99)
A lovely bargain gift set here that not only contains a full-size exfoliating jam face mask but a travel size bubble bath, body puff and inflatable drinks holder. Again this would make a great gift on a budget or a treat to yourself, especially if you enjoy trying out face masks. I've heard only good things about the Sanctuary Spa Being range!

9. Rimmel Most Loved Collection Set (£9)
Rimmel is a great drugstore makeup brand that can be picked up pretty cheaply however this set still offers a great saving and includes a good selection of full-size items. My favourite products here at the iconic Stay Matte powder, Stay Matte Lipstick and Mascara. Basically, this is a really nice set especially if you want to update your makeup routine on a budget.

10. W7 Glam Box Set (£9.99)
Lastly, a trio of W7 eyeshadow palettes for under £10. Surprisingly W7 offer some really nice palettes that dupe quite a few Urban Decay palettes, including the mini Urban Decay Naked Heat, Naked 2 and Naked 3 so this is a really great set to try out for such a low price. This would be an ideal gift or to split up. I personally love the look of the W7 Blazin' mini palette to this set.

Let me know if you also like to pick up makeup gift sets outside of the festive season as a way to say money!

Fee xo.
